The below accommodation rate can only be booked via the conference registration process.
If you wish to make an amendment to your accommodation booking or add accommodation after you have already registered for the conference, please email conference@ashm.org.au with your preferred hotel and check in/check out dates.
The accommodation booking deadline is 2 August 2025. All amendments and cancellations after this deadline will need to be made directly with the hotel.

Terms and Conditions: Credit card details must be provided to guarantee all bookings. At 30 days prior to arrival one-night pre-payment will be charged to the credit card provided. Please note all credit card payments incur a 2% to 3% surcharge for all cards, in addition to the total amount payable. Cancellation between 30-15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay. Cancellation between 14-0 days prior to arrival and No-Shows will be charged a cancelation fee equal to the entire length of stay.

Terms and Conditions: Credit card details must be provided to guarantee all bookings. The Hotel will charge full accommodation fee per reservation for guarantee of reservations 30 days prior to arrival. If payment is unsuccessful and we are unable to contact you, the booking will be cancelled. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival or no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of the entire stay. The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from guests upon check in to cover any additional charges per apartment i.e. telephone calls, movies etc. This will pre-authorize the security amount of $75 which will be lifted off after departure. The pre-authorized amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up 7 working days and will affect the guest’s available funds balance or spending limit on their credit card. A service fee of 1.5% will be charged for all payments made using a credit or debit card.

King Classic City View Room - $260 per night

Terms and Conditions: Upon booking a credit card is required to guarantee the booking. On Friday 14 August a payment deposit will be required equal to 100% of the total amount of the reserved room/s. On arrival to the hotel a credit card is to be presented upon check-in, where a pre-authorisation is required of $100 AUD. These funds are held as a guarantee and used to settle the final invoice on departure. In the event a credit card cannot be provided, $150 AUD cash bond for each night is accepted. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival or No-Shows will be 100% chargeable as cancellation fee. Credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 3% for Diners & JCB and 1.9% for other cards including American Express, in addition to the total amount payable.
