Media Accreditation

Accredited journalists may attend the conference free of charge via media registration. Media accreditation is approved on a per-application basis, and the number of registrations available is strictly limited. Media accreditation includes conference registration only – travel and accommodation costs are not included.

To be eligible for media accreditation, journalists must be employed or on assignment from:

  • Recognised general-circulation print, online, or broadcast media; or
  • Recognised medical news media; or
  • Relevant community media with editorial channels (e.g. magazines, community newsletters)

Media accreditation is intended for journalists at recognised publications only - individuals, agents or contractors from industry or non-editorial advertising and marketing companies may not register as media. A maximum of two eligible journalists per publication may be accredited.

  3. At least two recent samples of your previous work reporting on relevant topics in healthcare or HIV or AIDS or Sexual Health with your byline clearly visible. Preferably these samples are from the same media publication you are representing at this conference. Where available, these samples should be provided with a link to where it is publicly viewable (e.g. online news article, YouTube news clip).
We may request additional information or materials on a case-by-case basis.
